Dean's Bio:
Dean studied acting in NYC at The William Epser Studio, working directly with Bill Esper.
In New York he worked in Theatre and Improv. Off-Broadway he portrayed Bobby Kennedy in "The History of JFK" with The About Face Theatre Co.
In LA he did many Disney movies including; Balloon Farm starring Rip Torn, Toothless starring Kristi Alley and Lynn Redgrave, and a part in the movie The Mod Squad.

While in Boston, he was cast in commercials for sporting goods, clothing stores and others.
He has a BA in management from Curry College, and worked for Chrysler Credit Corp after graduating from College.
Derek's Bio:
Derek learned the trade of stone masonry from his father, Arthur.
Summers were spent with him and his cousins laboring and learning the craft of stone cutting. Always having the desire to pursue the studies of acting, Derek left construction to study with the Trinity Repertory Company where earned his Equity Union Membership. Traveling to New York and studying with Michael Shurtleff for over 10 years. Stearns eventually became a union member of AFTRA and SAG.
With his union status he found himself working in over 50 regional theatre productions, several feature and independent films and representing principal roles in commercials such as FILENE'S BASEMENT, CITIZENS BANK, DUNKIN DONUTS, MEGABUCKS and McDONALDS. Always keeping his hands in the trade that he learned from his family, Stearns survived for the next twenty years honing his craft as an actor and stone mason. Two worlds that eventually came together in landing the co-host job of ROCK SOLID, a national TV show on the DIY Network. ROCK SOLID brought Derek and his cousin Dean Marsico together as a team bringing viewers into the world of working with stone. From small homeowner friendly projects to larger projects with several crews Stearns and Marsico found themselves on the cutting edge of new products and techniques.
